DMCA Policy
Lci Iran is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
This policy outlines the information required to submit a DMCA notification to Lci Iran and the process for filing a counter-notification if your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that content available on Lci Iran's services infringes upon your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Lci Iran to locate the material (e.g., a specific URL or detailed description).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Lci Iran to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Lci Iran will take down the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. We may also provide the user's contact information to the complaining party.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed from Lci Iran as a result of a DMCA notification, and you believe that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

- Your name, address, and telephone number, and email address.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Lci Iran will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform Lci Iran that they have filed a legal action to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days, Lci Iran may restore the removed content.
All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Page.
